FAMILY EVENT – Drake the Dragon @ Witham

Bring the family and come join us on Thursday 10th August 2023 at The Saxon Arms, Gershwin Boulevard, Witham for a child orientated afternoon painting Drake the Dragon under the instruction of our workshop leaders Richard.

Our Family Parties are geared towards parent(s) and child(ren) painting together. As we are working with acrylic paint, we would recommend our parties for children 8 years old and above. That said, you know your children so we are happy to let you decide. 

Tickets - £12 each. Children will not be allowed to paint on their own, this is a ‘paint together’ event so at least one Adult must purchase a ticket per family group.  

You can either follow the instructions or ‘express yourself’ by putting your own personal touches on it as much as you feel comfortable to do so. If you so wish, you can change the colours (maybe to fit in with home décor or a favourite colour), change the silhouettes or add extra details. We just love it when people get creative but we are equally as happy when people stick to the set pace. It’s totally your choice. At the end of the evening you should have a painting that you love.

Old clothing is highly recommended just in case there are any accidents with the acrylic paints. Aprons will be provided for the adults and we would politely request you bring additional protective clothing for the children.    Please arrive 10 minutes early to book in and grab a drink from the bar. 

There is FREE car parking available on site. 

We will be taking photos throughout the event for our website and social media. Please advise us if you do not wish to be featured in these photos.
