Lighthouse @ Ramsden Heath

Come and join us on Tuesday 2nd August 2022 at The Nags Head, Heath Road, Ramsden Heath for a relaxed and enjoyable evening painting our summery Lighthouse under the expert instruction of our workshop leaders Sophie.

No experience needed. You can either follow the step by step instructions or ‘express yourself’ by putting your own personal touches on it as much as you feel comfortable to do so. If you so wish, you can change the colours (maybe to fit in with home décor or a favourite colour), change the silhouettes (if applicable) or add extra details. We just love it when people get creative but we are equally as happy when people stick to the set piece. It’s totally your choice. At the end of the evening you will have a painting that you love to take home and cherish.

We supply everything you need to paint including a blank 16” by 20” stretched canvas, quality acrylic paints and brushes, paint palette, water pot and apron.

This event will start promptly at 7:00pm and run to around 10pm.   The bar carries a full range of drinks. Unfortunately food is not available in the evenings although bar snacks can be purchased.  Please do not bring you own.

We will be using the outside space for this event so please dress accordingly.

As a minimum, please arrive 10 minutes early to book in and grab a drink from the bar.

There is car parking available to the rear of the pub.

Old clothing is recommended just in case there are any accidents with the acrylic paints. Aprons will be provided.   We will be taking photos throughout the event for our website and social media. Please advise us at the start of the event if you do not wish to be featured in these photos.

We will review and update our policies as and when restrictions change. In the unlikely circumstance of this event being cancelled or postponed due to CoVid-19 we will offer a new date, a change to a different event or a full refund. If you are showing CoVid symptoms or have tested positive please do not attend the event. In that circumstance, please contact us and we will move you to another event.
